I would like to say a huge thank you to Dr. Nawaid Ahmed. I was suffering from an ACL injury, meniscus tear and a painful knee joint last year for which I needed surgery. Having shifted to Mumbai since long, my 1st preference was to have the surgery done at Mumbai but the logistics just wouldn’t pan out. It would have been a hassle for my family (based out of Wardha) to move to Mumbai for a couple of months. It was with some apprehensions that I visited the hospital when I reached Sawangi (Meghe), Wardha. My mother Dr. Mrs. Hariharan (Head of department, obstetrics and gynecology) accompanied me to the Orthopedics department and I was introduced to Dr. Nawaid. I have always been an intuitive person and my very first impression after having spoken to him was that, ‘I am in safe and capable hands’. Here was a perfect example of a compassionate and humble person whose best intentions lay in his patients. I underwent arthroscopic ACL reconstruction & partial medial meniscus ectomy by Dr. Nawaid. He did an amazing job of getting me back on my feet. I feel fortunate to have met him.

I would like to say a huge thanks to Dr. Nawaid Ahmed. I sustain a knee injury in a road accident then I felt from my bike in 2013. It was very painful Experience for me throughout that year. At that time I was in Shahdol (Chhattisgarh) and I was not able to walk properly just because of that problem and moved to many doctors but couldn’t get relief from my pain. As I was an IAS student I was not able to concentrate on my study and very depressed. Finally I heard about Dr. Nawaid Ahmed who use to visited Lalchandani Hospital in Bilaspur ones a month. I am Ronald Pillay a sportsman, age 24 years and I have undergone a ACL Knee Surgery by Dr. Nawaid Ahmed. During Football Practice last year in winter I got injured and my Knee ACL got torl. I consulted many doctors and they suggested me for surgery. Any kind of surgery is scary, that’s why I needed someone who was, not only up to date with the latest methods and techniques, but could also communicate with me on my level throughout the entire process. Dr. Nawaid Ahmed has been able to treat me and solve my dilemma with knees where no other doctors would attempt helping my situation. To say the surgery was a success would be a gross understatement. I’m not gonna lie, I like Dr. Nawaid Ahmed, and if something does happen to me in future, there is no other surgeon I would ever consider.
